That (and other nifty starting plays) are probably possible, but only if you draw everything just right. Each precog costs you
quanta, as do the scorpions and whatever card you're going to buff them with, and by the time you've done all that, you've sacrificed pillars, slowing down the rest of your game. And all to start out with an annoying creature or two that can get killed or reversed. On first blush, it doesn't seem any more powerful than nova/immolation starts or other ways to get things out the first turn.
