This seems a new twist on the whole 'creature generates quanta' thing. But does the art and/or name look like a creature? 'Cause I first thought that it was a permanent with the triangle dealybob.

Might I suggest the name 'Living Paradox'? Or something like that, I'm not the best at this.

:air :darkness :death :earth :fire :life :light have ways of generating quanta via creatures. I think rest need a way as well.
I agree with ET. New methods of quantum generation create new strategies that can be used in decks. The "similar to RoL" argument technically also applies to Gnome Gemfinder and Damsefly.  Imitating the Scarab mechanic is much more redudant and I would avoid using that mechanic.

Thematically this card is meant to represent the approaching presence of inifinity. The more you try to think about time, the more infinite it seems. As time progresses foward, it's prescene of inifnity becomes stronger because there is no end to time.

Overall it seems like a different version of Ray of Light: not costless, produces more quanta and hasn't got Hope synergy. I don't think this is really needed in an element like :time.
I love acceleration and agree with ET as well, but I agree with Mormegil that this method would be more useful in another element.  I like that this card is unique relative to current quanta producing creatures, but thematically acceleration can usually be fit into any category.

For :time, maybe a quanta generator based on card drawing would be best.  An ability like "whenever you draw a card or your opponent discards a card, generate :time" would be excellent and more thematic.  In my opinion, breaking the 6 copy rule on a quanta producer is generally only worth it when the card has some use other than to generate loads of quanta, unless it's truly reliable (high HP, Immaterial, Burrowed).

Bump for changed theme and slightly weakened mechanic/stats (upgrade increases limit bypass from 8 to 12 instead of giving a stat buff), and submitted for Crucible Review.

Any other thoughts on the ability?

Just to clarify, when you say "every 2 that you have" you mean in play correct? Or do you mean the number left in deck or both combined?
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`

Seems too... vanilla, considering that not being such is now a requirement for polling.  As much as I think :gravity deserves a quanta generating creature, this comes off more as a limited pillar than anything else.  What if it were:
Quote
High Energy: If there are two Quarks, destroy both and generate 10 :gravity﷯.  Can have 8 copies of this card.
This creates the :gravity quanta generation, but sets it aside as it generates as mass amount of quanta as well as having a possibility to trigger death effects.  It also maintains a multiple copy nature, which can still be altered.  And this all fits on the card.  I checked.

I disagree. If this card was a simple something like "Generate :gravity :gravity each turn." type of card, it could be comparable to most other "Generate X" creatures. However, this card's ability is sort of like the "Swarm" ability for Scarabs, but for quantum acceleration instead - the concept is getting a lot of these out on the field to generate large amounts of quantum, instead of just "like a pillar, but in creature form". This card also introduces an ability that is based on manipulating the amount of copies of something you can have in a deck, which directly affects it's ability since more quarks means more quantum generated.
