have ways of generating quanta via creatures. I think rest need a way as well.
I agree with ET. New methods of quantum generation create new strategies that can be used in decks. The "similar to RoL" argument technically also applies to Gnome Gemfinder and Damsefly. Imitating the Scarab mechanic is much more redudant and I would avoid using that mechanic.
Thematically this card is meant to represent the approaching presence of inifinity. The more you try to think about time, the more infinite it seems. As time progresses foward, it's prescene of inifnity becomes stronger because there is no end to time.
Overall it seems like a different version of Ray of Light: not costless, produces more quanta and hasn't got Hope synergy. I don't think this is really needed in an element like .
I love acceleration and agree with ET as well, but I agree with Mormegil that this method would be more useful in another element. I like that this card is unique relative to current quanta producing creatures, but thematically acceleration can usually be fit into any category.
For
, maybe a quanta generator based on card drawing would be best. An ability like "whenever you draw a card or your opponent discards a card, generate
" would be excellent and more thematic. In my opinion, breaking the 6 copy rule on a quanta producer is generally only worth it when the card has some use other than to generate loads of quanta, unless it's truly reliable (high HP, Immaterial, Burrowed).
