I found quantumize to mean to make things as one felt it needed. Essentially, customization. With that in mind, I went with how to utilize quanta, giving me the above card.

And aside from that,
had the least to gain, rather, abuse, from this, further promoting any synergy. Yes, it could go into other, but that gives it too easy to decks that could easily abuse it due to quanta storage, like Fire or Earth Monos. That and I simply dislike Other.
