i think this is one of those ideas that would need to be seen in action, before a proper judgement was made.

Personally, I feel like this card would not work at this point in time, because so many decks run off of SN or immo. this just hurts monos even more.

Yeah, fits it. Entropy is disruption anyway(really not sure about that sentence).

Just because it feels the best with  and it would have some nice sinergies with discord

Well, the effects can vary. If you play it early game, it will probably have a bigger effect. If played in late-game, by then you generally have an excess of quanta. Don't forget the pillar/pend. split option also.

I imagine that this would probably be too strong given the current environment of Entropy's infamous quanta denial weapon, but then again, who knows. ??? The only other element that this could possibly work thematically in is within Water (tying the knot with 'Dissolution'), but it already has Trident, so I guess it's more of a matter of your personal taste in regards to elemental themes.
