If the ability can't be removed, I think it's very OP.  Better CC than Eagle Eye (unless you fly a bunch of them), doesn't take a weapon slot, and "immaterial."

Considering that I'm all for this card. 5 damage a turn and you can't simply destroy a permanent to stop it.
If it stacked it'd be insanely OP but thankfull;y it doesn't. What would happen if you played several? would you only get one charge or would they negate eachother?

*Idea* for upped make the cost 5 :fire and add "Target gains one burn counter" Like poison but for fire.
Actually, that might be a completely different card.

Essentially, "Pyrokinetic" is a status effect that affects you the player -- so playing a second Pyrokinesis does nothing.

That's why I don't think it's OP: because you have to balance the chance of not drawing it with the wasted card slots if you draw more than one.  That's worth the indestructability, IMHO.

Perhaps having the Pyrokinetic status should hurt you each turn, ala the Burn counters mentioned earlier. Hey, you play with fire, you get burned.

The single advantage of Lightning is that multiple can be played at once, which doesn't do very much to off-set the fact that this is infinite. At the very least, it enables you to deal 5 immortal momentum damage every turn provided your opponent doesn't have Jade/Reflective Shield for the minimal price of 3 quanta. Elite Immortal costs 7 :aether to do that same 5 damage/turn, but it can be slowed, blocked altogether, or even killed by a Fire/Spine shield. This costs less than half as much, can deal the same damage, is completely and utterly invulnerable and unblockable except by 2 shields, and can be used as very powerful, free, reusable, creature control.

So yeah, OP.

Solutions:
- Let it be lobo'd off
- Make it work every second turn
- Make it give you 1 "burn" counter each time you use it
- Make it absorb :fire each turn
- Make it only be able to target creatures
