I don't want to be hostile, but yes, dimensional shield is perfectly fine, the game meta causes decks with a certain weakness (like PC) to either defy the odds, change, or be beaten. In the same way, decks that lack ways of dealing with troublesome permanents shouldn't be relied on to win (merely my opinion, sorry if you think differently.) Also, there is a difference between healing and damaging effects. Healing usually doesn't cause victory (unless in the cases of extreme heal stalls where the point is to deck out the enemy) however I don't think that this card can be considered too extreme of a healer. If other community members think so, I will gladly set restrictions on this card.
