Seems OP to me because of the cheap cost. Compare it to this:
Same cost, almost same stats, but your card has an ability as a bonus. An ability that can easily turn the match to your advantage in many different situations. It needs to be either fast/cheap attacker or a support creature. It cannot be both.
Here's a creature with same stats and an ability. Notice the cost and how the ability costs off-element quanta, while the ability of Psychic is passive and free. Of course there's the downside of being delayed, which is why I would only increase the cost to 3
.
I'm also not 100% sure about the element choice. This creature basically takes a part of a mechanic of
Sanctuary card and converts it to a 100%
card. This is why I would like this creature more as a
creature, perhaps someone who "lives" in a sanctuary.
But other than that, the mechanics are pretty good.
