going on the assumption 1 = 3 elemental, (1 quantum pillar = 1 elemental pillar) then this is 1.3 elemental quantum, so 8-12 would be like 2.6 - 4 elemental quanta, all i can say is meh, it is probably going to have to be rainbow with cost instead of controled single element

I would suggest the following. I changed the activation costs and spawn created so the value is 3|4 (with the exception of Gravity which upped is valued at 5 but requires a UP dragon) The result is that the Parturient Dragon will be worth 6|5 elemental quanta (~18|15 other quanta). This 18|15 cost could be split between casting cost and initial activation cost [CC 14|11, AC 4|4].

Me likes this card.  I agree with Oldtrees changes, with the exception of Ice Squid (Increase the cost to for both, freeze is a powerful CC effect.)

Switched Parturient to upgraded since it is an uselessly complicated word.

Increased cost by 1.

Decreased Pregnant (unupgraded) Dragon's HP from 9 to 5 so that it's vulnerable to CCs like thunderbolt.

Changed some of the spawn abilities.

The changes look better.
As seen with my post above I still disagree strongly about the cost being too cheap and less strongly but still importantly so about the non arbitrary suggested activations costs in my previous post.

However with the HP change of pregnant dragon to 5, the ideal cost of either version of this dragon is 3x the value of the ability. If you use the 3 value version of the skill then 9 [3 turns from QP] would be the appropriate cost.

This is hilarious! I think it's OP though. It's like a indirect renewable fractal. This makes existing spawn abilities like scarab and queen look bad.
