I in no way want to make this card a 'until end of turn' card.   Belthazar's idea is better, but I'm still not convinced it's necessary.   A graveyard deck requires your opponents to kill creatures in order to make it effective.  Malignant cells are more problematic, but in order to use that trick, you'd have to play a creature, get 6 :death, play Aflatoxin, let the creature die, and then wait 5 turns for the field to fill up, THEN play multiple Lethals -- any given rush deck will have killed you by then.  Is that really a worry?

With +2 to every creatures attack and a complete field full of creatures (even with many just 1/1 + 2/0=3/1), one "lethal" is sufficient to do alot of damage each turn against any opponent without a diamond shield. Also, no way should your cards effect be permanent AND stack.

Not if your using ball lightings and/or fire/pheonix sacrificing. Anyway death has many ways to kill enemy creatures, and graveyards do stack and nothing says you can't have both other creatures, graveyards, and malignant cells and fill up your field a bit quicker then 5 turns.

Some decks might be able to kill you in 5+ turns. But I could see if one surviving till then and getting a near field full of creatures plus +2 attack on all of them, being pretty certain to win without the opponent having a mass scrubber/killer.

No offense intended, but you being 'able to see' something doesn't make it enough of a concern to warrant rebalancing the card over.  If this card opens up a new deck type that's competitive with existing decks, that's a good thing, not a balance issue.

Why not just make it not stack? Then it can't make creature spam OP, but it will still add a good amount of attack if there are a lot of creatures. Kind of negates shields. It's also nice with life's theme of putting out lots of creatures.
