I agree with goulin it's underpowered. Can you say me with which cards it can be devastating, I guess you think fractal but It's ro have 7 photons than 1 vulnerable 9/2 creature

What do you mean by right cards? The cards go bye-bye anyways. Unless unupped Shards and Relics won't be destroyed, yet still give the +1|0.

Now, to be honest, I'm planning to make the cards even more powerful:

Unupped card: +2/0 on each sacrifice
Upped card: +2/+1 or +2/+2

What do you say?
