The function for Sniper already exists. This is that with damage setting set to 1.

This card is EXTREMELY underpowered. Compare this to a parasite and you'll know what I mean.

point is this card can be used in any deck, and 3 random quantums is really easy to get (espcially in rainbow decks) so you could put this in your light deck, only problem is its attack ability is decently week should be 2 or something (or make the elite one do 2 damage)

that is what I was going for.  This would be a common mount that people could buy, that is why it is designed as it is.

I'd leave the cost alone but go Pokemon style and have it deal 1d4-1 damage for 3 quanta.  But that's just me.
