Well, I'm no curator, but I think I can answer this.

If you think your card is ready, post a link to it in that thread. Once Kael has a chance to look it over and confirm it meets the requirements he'll move it up for you.

Note that Kael has been a bit swamped lately, so it might take a couple of days for him to get to it.

After, because its supposed to be like Ice bolt, but instead of chance to freeze, chance to copy (Twin Universe).

Really close is not the same thing as identical. You took two sentences to say what the bolt cards say in one. Just change the wording to read: "Deals 2 damage to target creature for every 10 aether quanta in your possession. Plasma Burst might make a copy of the creature."

I agree it's easier to say,think,read,...need i go on. Oh and by the way LOVE the card and hope they make a bolt for  after all it has lighting but thats fixed at 5 damage.
