i like it, but i think to balance the auto cast maechanic you should raise the cost by 1. also, i think that you should raise the stats and the cost, to make this card more relevant.

Tinkerbell has finally decided to wear something other than that leaf...Cool card. I don't think to would be too unbalanced if if you could destroy one of your own permanents to cast it. It's like sacrificing a pillar for a 3/3 creature. And you have to pay for the sacrifice (unless of course you use SoF).
but your card specifically says that autocast only activates if it was the opponent who destroyed a permanent, so UG or auto-destroying a pillar wouldnt work...
i think you could make it a 4/4 without problem, and i think you should raise the cost and make it a 4/6 of something.
