So assuming the better Option 2 is attempted,

Now 2 things to consider Normal Piranha (P) and Adrenaline'd Piranha (AP).

Due to the diappeaance of the Nymph it is hard to say what QC adjustment a 0 Activation Cost would be. Previously I guessed it would be a +1QC.

Anyway, possible solution for option 2, just have +1|+0 perhaps, that way it won't be as OP...? dunno.

I'll stick to my guns of option 1 with swarm effect on both attack and HP as more Piranhas create a shoal which has more attack and defence for all

hmmm alright here's my compromise; as there are pros/cons for each, neither really wins over the other. therefore, make the unupgraded be a 1/2 with Nibble and Swarm/Ambush (cost 4 or 3), and make the upgraded start as a 1/1 and keep the ability of option 2; perhaps a cost of 5 for the upgraded
i don't really like that Nibble is gravity, but i don't have a better idea
