Wow o.o really good idea.
Just one thing, I think that everything that this card does can't be made right now.

In my best Kael Hate's imitation voice:
There are no mechanics to adjust the card cost during game.

You bet I'd say that.

Also dreading the game where several of these are just passed back and forth by two rainbow players waiting for the other to concede in rage.

There are many mechanics that were not in the game until they suddenly were. We are only brainstorming here. We are not Elements developers so we don't have to worry that much about how a specific idea would be coded.

Sure this kind of effect is probably difficult to code and might assure that Pigley will never become a reality. But is it impossible? No.

That's the whole point and part of the fun.

I vote for "oink oink" and it should be a ability with no cost--like Holy Cow's moo.
Bring back Holy Cow!

Wouldn't it make more sense to give it to your opponent as a creature, and have an ability that gives it back? It seems strange to have a creature's ability work when not in play, as none of the others do.
Well, the whole idea is that this card clutters your opponents hand.

One cool thing about this card is that it quanta denials you before you play it. :) So if you get a bunch of these in your opening hand, you are screwed.
Then why is this even a creature? It would do the same thing as a spell, but it would be less counter intuitive.

Um.. it's not?

Look for the small lightning on the card, or the "Spell" next to the "Type:".

I like the concept.

A card which clutters your opponents hand.Causes a passive drain on his quantaTherefore, forcing him to play it (costing more quanta)And then, it returns to the original owners hand
Just drop the stupid Pigley name? :D

edit:

Maybe make it belong to an Element? 5 'Random Quanta' is very little. And the draining of 1 quanta? That too is weak!

If it belonged to an element, it would be a great counter to a Rainbow which suffered a bad draw, unlucky quantum generation, tower denial or a tactical black hole or two. It would be an even better counter to opponents who have no way to generate x quanta. Say for example, it was made Gravity.

Call it "Dead Weight" or something... Reduce it's playing cost accordingly. This will force a rainbow player to either a) suffer the concequences (lose some random quanta) or play the card and b) lose more Gravity Quanta - meaning, no Otyugh/Devour etc.

Nice idea SG, you should play forum wars in this part of the world more often :)

Sounds like fun :D Except it seems overpowered to me. Mono decks get screwed :P And rainbows simply become even more of a necessity.

I understand that it is a creature, but why? This does nothing that a creature does. Doesn't it make more sense as a spell?
