After Skinner's Pigeon, anything with Pigeon in it's name seems to magnetically attract me to it's thread.
I can see this as being pretty versatile, however honestly not that used. That doesn't mean I don't like the card though, light/ not game changing mechanics have always been my favourite.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but could two of these be used as a different anti-deck out tool if you never played any cards in your hand? I was under the impression that the owner of nightmare didn't draw a card that turn, but it is hardly ever played, so this could be a figment of my imagination.
If it is though, it's a difficult combo (expensive in terms of cards you never get to play, taking up 2 card slots, and of course it is extremely vunerable to CC and ect)
So it will only ever be used super situationaly. Which makes it even better!
