Thanks! I actually had doubts about how well it would fit with the rest of the element, but you pointed out a lot of things I hadn't realized.

I dropped both ability costs down to 3 like you suggested. Let me know if there's anything else you think needs to be changed.

The potential abuse via Catapult does need to be examined and possibly balanced out - what you have here in combination with Catapults is a new kind of Firebolt that doesn't respect any form of mitigation or immunity.

I will leave that to OldTrees, as that is his strength, not mine.

Anything based on pure amounts of quanta tends to be OP, which is why you see a lot of "X/6" or "X/10" formulas.  Might I suggest reworking it to "X is based on the amount of  :gravity you have", and using the same (or at least a similar) formula for Catapult to determine how much HP the creature gets?
