NOTES:
If it's entropy then its random, your gambling with almost a 25% chance of what your opponent creature will get. It could die or it could before it is antimattered. Now you have a reason to heal your opponent's creatures don't you? NOTE: you cannot have 2 of the same card in play! but you can have its other version and other melodies or notes in play. THIS card works like electrum hourglass. You can activate its ability once per turn.

Personally I like the fact that it's GAIN negative integers. It makes it very consistent with GAINING positive integers.

On another note, (xD) I've liked all your melodies so far. I was actually planning some elemental melodies myself, looking for tunes that could be started once the card was played. In this way there could be a bit more music in-game.

I believe you also mentioned that these melodies do not last forever. You should note how long they do indeed last, I think 3 turns should be enough, and that the effects of the melodies disappear once the melody permanent is gone.

Good ideas all in all Astraic. :)

Any stat changes to creatures are always a gain state. You don't take away something that you are applying to something. Also, loose is an adjective that means not tight. The correct spelling of the word is lose, although it is moot because the word is incorrect in this context.

Instead of the phrase, "will gain," just use the word "gains."

I prefer "suffers" for negative attrtibutions because it instills that something is being applied to the target and feels like a bad state without changing the conjecture of the state change.
