maybe make it consume  :chroma each turn this card is in your hand instead of having an upkeep, and that it creates another kind of card in your opponent's hand that consumes  :chroma per turn in his hand as well but that isn't an exact copy of this card
yea but you'll have to spend 1 :chroma as well when it's in your hand...

a fair drawback, besides, due to it's low cost, you'll play it almost right away

I do want to mention that the upkeep cost SHOULD remain as a feature of this card.

Imagine you are using this card against someone who happens to HAVE :death to play it. The more of this card your opponent plays, the larger the upkeep cost would be. Eventually, it depletes all the :death in your opponent. This makes your opponent decides whether or not to let this card clog his hand or drain his quanta.

One of the most versatile cards I have ever seen. The chance of backfiring yourself makes both players need to think about the consequences before deciding what to do with this card.

I like this card very much, but I do worry about its potent duo power with Schrodinger's cats. I love the idea and the card - truly, I do, but I am concerned especially because the game does not currently have many cards allowing you to draw additional cards. You could really clog the opponent's hand to the point at which they could no longer play. All in all, it's a great card; I personally don't have any other qualms about it. Nice originality!

Pestal is doing the same thing (locking the opponent so that he can no longer play)... and the pestal lock is probably faster then the Ouija...

This card's theme is "playing with the dead", which can harm yourself by clogging your own hand if played against specific decks (death or rainbow) or to lose a whole batch of  :death quanta per turn. This way, its unusual mechanism makes it interesting (in my opinion) to combine it with certain cards. The upkeep cannot be modified, it's the most important condition for this card, becoming otherwise almost invincible.

In fact, there are many combinations together with this card, such as nightmaring sparks and having this card in play to prevent the opponent from drawing cards. It can lead to really hilarious decks in some cases, just for the fun of playing with it, and probably other hand-pinning-down decks (stalls, probably?). If the opponent has any  :death quanta, a deep stalled game takes place almost instantly, as any death effect (regardless of the player) will trigger this card's effects, clogging up both hands and causing a really bad time for both players. Thanks for all the kind comments and good ideas, I'll be working on this eagerly!

Good idea. Definitely needs some 'polishing', but, nonetheless, it is very interesting for some combos. Sanctuary would be able to control this card, wouldn't it?

I think that both the quanta cost and the upkeep are correct; does anyone have a different opinion?

Let's see, I'm very interested in this concept, but maybe the upkeep in the unupped card should be increased to 2 :death . However, if it is left as it is, it is still very good.

I'm reluctant to increase the upkeep. I want more reasons. I'll change the poll.

OK, the card's probably good enough at the moment, according to the poll. However, I want to check if it is possible for this card to become OP, and in that case, modify it to prevent OP combinations.
I dont think that it will be OP because you have that possibility to end up with no  :death and to 'nightmare' your own hand if the other player can play this Ouija card. So I think it's balanced enough. Synergies with Bone Wall or Skull Shield are not OP because it's not as efficient, and synergies with Reverse Time or Schrödinger's Cat require another element and planning your deck accordingly so it's not OP either.

PS. I want to hear more from this card, and it looks like I'm the only one intereted yet?
