Can you target your enemey's creatures? If so, then I say it's at least a little overpowered. You can completely negate any high-attacking creature and heal up at the same time.
Titan+flying weapon+this=three card combo with 3 different elements (or 2 with animate weapon) for 80 heal. Miracle=1 element combo for full heal.
I don't think it's overpowered.
My original idea
was to use it on opponents' creatures.
Though now that I think about it, this makes even more synergy between life and water
The Table says 8|7 and the cards say 4|3 for costs, you'll need to fix this disparity.
