That would cost too much, be underpowered, and ruin the card. Maybe this:

Explode:  Sacrifice this creature to do 20 damage to your opponent's health

That keeps the idea and is balanced

then the cost should be  , then its definitely balanced, cuz it works too well with fire balls. Just imagine 100 quanta (which can be easily reached with 50% fire pillar), then the damage is 50 (33 with  ) , then (actually before) 2 fire balls enough to kill player. So i think its extremely balanced.

Way underpowered.  Why would I ever pay 6 for the chance to do 5 damage 5 turns from now?  The upgrade is better, but only slightly so.

What's worse, this could be stolen after 4 turns and then I get hurt.  No thanks.

Finally getting around to looking at all my crappy old ideas. I talked with Kuro about how to resubmit this to the crucible from the archive, and I intend to do so.

The card has been completely overhauled, and I would like a few comments before resubmitting from the archive.
