It heals your life points. Like if you have 75 life points, and you use it on, say, a Mummy (5|3), you get healed for 8 life points so you then have 83. Does that make sense?

And, is there any limit to card ideas you can submit in a certain amount of time?

no theres no limit

i mean if you have say 100 health and use this on mummy does health go to 108(like stoneskin) or stay same(like heal)

Since it's kind of like drain life, I'd say only heal.
Increasing maximum would make this more OP.

exactly what i was thinkin especcialy if it heals max hp for 5  and 7 heal 78 hp or for 12 life heal 80(heal) so it;s only op if it's if it heals max

In all honesty, Flying Titans HP is stupidly and unnecessarily high. Titan breaks the balance, not this card.

i mean if you have say 100 health and use this on mummy does health go to 108(like stoneskin) or stay same(like heal)

Like heal, it can't go over 100. I've never actually used Stone Skin in a match before lol

You could get +20 HP from a monster that was basilisk blooded...

Have a set amount of damage and/or a set amount of healing? Although that kind of ruins the logic of the card...it's the instakill that bothers me :/
