The point is for it to be highly unlikely to kill single creatures in one turn, if you use Adrenaline. Thematically, a cursed sword inspiring madness and bloodlust wouldn't have very great accuracy anyway.

I thought the wielder of Muramasa was supposed to seek out the strongest opponents but I may be wrong on that.
It would take 3 cards to adrenaline but it might be best to keep the combo week just incase.
