Leave the Series section of the table blank if the card isn't part of a series. Also, try to put the text underneath your tables into the Notes section if possible, and space accordingly. I don't (and probably won't) penalize you for the '?' COST of the card, but personally this card feels like a Pseudo card; in either case, the first two errors must be addressed before this card may advance.

^ I think I've fixed it now, however I don't think I will submit it in the Crucible yet. Its mechanics still intrigue me and I want to check them more and recieve more feedback from the community.
 What about this extra rule:
 "Morphing Shield | Elite Morphing Shield can't create a Dimensional Shield | Phase Shield or Wings|Wings more than once per game and only if you have played these shields less than 4 times during that game."
 Do you like it, do you think it will be more balanced this way, should I expand this rule to the rest of the shields too?

You calculate the probability of having 12 Dim Shields in 30 card deck. Those shields are enough to make a 40 or even 50 card Mono Aether deck with much more firepower. This is what i mean by 36 turn Dim Shield superstall. (and is rarely decked out too)
Also, i didn't say it was OP or what. Food for thought.

Either way, try to avoid enforcing special rules to avoid interaction to a certain card.

What about this; all shields made by Morphing Shield cost x1.5 regardless of mark, but each type of shield is morphable only once per game? (e.g. if you create an Ice Shield|Permafrost Shield with a Morphing Shield|Elite Morphing Shield and it is destroyed, you can't create another Ice Shield|Permafrost Shield via Morphing Shield|Elite Morphing Shield during this match, though you can play an original Ice Shield|Permafrost Shield from your hand normally)

The simplest way of making 12 DimDecks impossible is to just put a stipulation on the card that states "Does not replicate Miss chances".

For Morphing Shield, you do not need the "unupgraded" in the text. Just by typing in "shield" we already associate it as being unupgraded. Take the Shard of Serendipity as an example.

Yes, but wouldn't this make it unable to produce any Dim Shields, Fogs, Dusks, Wings? Also, having the ability to produce any type of shield more than once may buff 60-card rainbow stalls A LOT, so I think a restriction like this must exists, shouldn't it?

I will think about this change, thank you, but I prefer my text to be clear, like Mummy's, Skeleton's, Fate Egg's, Pharaoh's text where is a difference between 'cards' and 'elite cards'.
EDIT: I understood what you meant and you're right, even my Mummy/Skeleton/FateEgg/Pharaoh examples work like you mentioned, I will do that change as soon as possible, thank you!
EDIT2: I've added a new rule which prevents Morphing Shield to create each shield type more than once. Ready for the crucible.
