IDEA:

NOTES:
So this uses your :light Quanta to activate it. As in following examples:

 1. You have 9 Poison counters out but only 6 :light You activate ability and 6 Random poison counters are removed. You lose 6 :light

 2. You have 9 Poison counters out and have 15 :light. you activate Ability and 9 Posion Counters are removed. You lose 9 :light

In other words this consumes as much :light as you have available that you need to remove all poison counters. If you do not have enough that is ok, you just use what you have and it is randomly assigned to your creatures.

Thanks everyone.

Since the effect of poison is often situational, would like to see the ability extended to some other effect (maybe doing some healing too?), or see its stats gain a boost (become more of a fighting champ).

Hmm maybe true but Angels provide wnough healing for :light so I went away from that thought.

Maybe as a fighting champ could be an idea.

I understand Poison is situational but now that :life and :death both poison I thought that some ability to counter that would be good. The idea behind the X :light is so it doesn't get OP (ie removing 13 Poison counters for only 2 quanta).

True to the fighting but I thought maybe he could be less fighting and more spell based.

The other option is to take a leaf out of Angel and have the base version stay at 2|6 and the upped be 6|6 same cost and ability.

Just ideas at this stage.

Thanks

I like it.
Have some concerns about the use of art tho.
Unlike most Deviants who will supply an allowance to download for use, Rickbw1 does not.
Can you see a link or notation allowing for use?

Does this remove poison (such as from arsenic) infections (such as from viruses) or both?

Would it be easier/an acceptable modification to change the ability to "1 :light : remove 1 random poison counter" that could be used multiple times? I guess this might be slightly more powerful since you could stop once you got rid of the counters you wanted to . . .

Just to clarify it does not effect you. Only your creatures. So no it has no impact on Arsenic.

As a side note I am unsure how it would work with Aflatoxin but assume it would remove that too.

I didn't make it targetable as it then in my opinion becomes OP. This random way is great as it means you may lose that Dragon or not, up to a spin of the wheel not by choice.

Thanks

Dragons usually don't have that much problem with poison, as they can survive a bit even poisoned.

Basically, there are two ways of getting creatures poisoned:
- single creature poisoned (targetted by creature, devouring poisonous creature, etc.) - since there is only single creature poisoned, the Monk will heal the correct one,
- massive poisoning (plagues, poison shield, etc.) - here the Monk can provide massive healing

So, by making it target random creatures, but allowing it to clear unlimited poison, the Monk will be good in both situations.

Apothecaries remove poison, not so much monks  ::)

I don't think  :light needs another quantum-intensive card that quickly--it already has miracle. Should develop those for other elements first.

Monk seemed to be the best bet for :light as it is about Prayer and Healing which is already in the :light repotoire.

I understand it is a mass use of :light in a similar way to Mircale but I wanted to look into a way to remove Poison from creatures and this seemed the best way. If I had have made it effect just one creature then yes it would have been only 2-3 :light but in this case it does all so a basic cost would have been OP.

Kael Hate: I have emailed rickbw and am waiting fro a response. I followed the rules posted about the use of his art and will also post his response once I have received it.

Thanks

One reason I made this card was to deal with the Plague effect on a Hope Fractal deck (ie you lose all Photons|Ray of Lights) this card although situational in a lot of decks is a great help with this praticular one.
