I would think that burrowed creatures could dig underneath it... maybe something like:"Shield: Uses 1 to absorb 4 damage from physical sources. Water and burrowed creatures are unaffected."Very similar to the shield. Given the duo requirement and the small limit on affected creatures, it could probably do with a small cost reduction. (after all, dissipation shield only costs 3 )

(after all, dissipation shield only costs 3 )I originally had a bigger list of excepted creatures, keeping it to just water now (and should add neutral) to make it the same as flooding. i like the cost where it is, if it's overcosted, I'd rather up the power level than lower the cost, mostly so encourages a duo as opposed to just being splashed.
