Somehow, I see this as slightly UP. I mean, with Firebolt, you can chain 3 of them, and already do more damage per quanta than this card. And you still have a horde of quanta to play any other cards.

However, this could have some synergies with Unstable Gas, or just as a game-ender, like with Chimera. It's also unique.

How is 3 Damage per 10 Quanta more damage than 4 per 10 or 5 per 10?

I think what guolin was pointing out is that you can cast more than 1 fire lance in a turn.

I think it balances decently though, since that would take multiple cards and this only takes one . . .
