It's worded a bit weirdly. I think if you change the mechanic a tiny bit, you can get a text that's far easier on the eyes. Try:
For every creature in play, increase MHP by 1 each turn. Max of 5. (or eight, or six, or whatever's best for balance) Also for balance, increasing the max HP won't decrease the damage you've taken, but will add the buff to the other end of your health bar.
The art needs a bit of work; it's not very Elements-ey. I can whip up a drawing if nobody else can.
And I'd recommend increasing the cost by a couple quanta, just so rushes don't get out of hand.
