I certainly didn't want it to be a second Quintessence. That's why I used "attacks or spells that would kill the target", it means that spells like Adrenaline, Momentum, Chaos Power wouldn't be dodged.

Kill the target is the more unique version and more useful.

Sidenote: Infection is a good counter.
