The big problem I see with this card is that it drains all your quanta, i know you want it to fit into the series, but it just doesnt seem to be quite good enough.
You rush 4 3/3 monsters, so 12 damage a turn. 2 more than an emerald dragon, and if a shield is up, then a dragon is better in terms of power. This and dragon are both 10, except this drains your remaining. In terms of rushing, that means this card really isnt that good. Now the other way of doing it, with bonds, there it has more potential.
You could put this in with a bond deck, however, since this drains all your quanta, you would have to use the bond before this. And using your deck idea

Adrenaline=1
So you wouldnt be able to play bonds and your card the same turn, slowing you down greatly unless you managed to get them out before you played this card.
The first turn you play this card, you wouldnt be able to adrenaline your monsters. So you have to wait a turn to cause any real damage.
3 generic 3/3 creatures just doesnt seem worth it. On top of the other stuff I mentioned, you can only play 1 a turn, so its not like you are going from 0-24 in a single turn. You have to wait 6 turns for it once you have all of them in your hand.
I normally like your ideas, but It seems like you were trying so hard to NOT make this card OP, you made it dramatically UP
