Because I meant this card to avoid also Fire Shield and Thorn Carapace damage, that immaterial creatures can't.

I really like that card, but the attack stats might be a bit high considering it can't be touched for two turns, that's a practically unavoidable one or two turn kill if used with Fractal, only certain shields could save you.

Also, it can't take any damage, but can it be Rewound?

On the note of fractalling, true, they cannot be killed, but they can be rewinded, BB'd(delayed) and frozen, and their damage is reduced by shields.
Did you find only the upgraded card's stats high or both of them's?
