You can use it on a creature your opponent controls that has Adrenaline to drop the amount of damage it does by 1|2.

I guess... idk this card seems way too situational right now to be that useful. needs a general buff and specific nerfs.

I think enforcing DR on a creature is pretty useful. Seeing as aside from Antimatter, there isn't anything that reduces attack yet.

in general it's a fine effect, but you put too many limitations on when it works. come up with less specific restraints I think.
