NOTES:
"Necrophilic" is a passive ability and cannot be lobotomised. If he wants to discard the maggot, its owner must first sacrifice one of his creatures. I suppose red circles will appear on the creatures when you click to discard the card. If he cannot sacrifice a creature (because he doesn't have any in play) the owner must sacrifice 10 HP.
"Necrophage" means scavenger. It is an active ability passively triggered. It can be lobotomised.

See vulture for how powerful Necrophage is. (Scavenger>Necrophage except when used with flooding.)

Interesting Nightmare effect. But probably worth a cost increase.

All in all the cost should probably increase.

Think it should cost 2|2; if your opponent doesn't have a shield maggots are very powerful, but against a 1DR Shield they're totally useless, while condor/vulture is quite good.

It's very situational, but I think 6/7 HP is more balanced.

I increased the cost of the unupped version to 2 :death . The new upped version corresponds to the previous unupped (cost still 1 :death) but does not have the double effect any more.

The sacrifice cost stays at 10 HP because it will happen very rarely and should have a dissuasive impact.

Sacrifice cost is too much.  It essentially destroys your opponent's hand.  At 8 cards, your opponent would be destroying his units on top of having a reduced hand, on top of not being able to draw extra cards.  That's a lot for such a cheap spam unit. (Actual power of unit is 2 or 3, since it synergizes both with Darkness' Eclipse and Nightmare).
