I quite like the idea, hard to judge costing etc I find.
One thing I would say: "Decay(passive): creature takes half the damage it deals" - what if the creatures deals 5 damage? (i.e. odd numbers, do they round up or down?)

I'd say round down, so 1 attack creatures are inmune.
also i did the costing based on OldTrees card desing post, as decay is a weird mix between infect(+2) and paradox(+3)
I made bite's cost +5
 valdemar (unupped) has   0 (attack) +0 (0<HP<6) +5 (bite) -1 (Activation Cost 2-3) =4
and allen (upped) is (attack) +0 (0<HP<6) +5 (bite) -1 (Activation Cost 2-3) -2 (upgrade)=4
not sure if I should make bite's cost higher

sounds about right, and if it's round down, I think bite cost is ok. But I'm no expert on these matters!

Bite being +5 sounds right. +4 could also possibly work.

Looks fine now. Remember to capitalize the abilities' costs.

CURATOR COMMENT

Your card idea passes, but just a forewarning - cards that generally have pronoun names (John Smith, Alexandra the Sword Mistress, etc.) are not really looked as serious suggestions, and Zanz has personally said himself that those type of card names are ones that he'll never implement.
