Hmmm, currently no. But i would not be apposed to it not growing if their isnt enough quanta.

Maybe something like: If quanta drain is successful gains +0|+1.

1 suggestion would be to make it work the same way attack does, use the same drain as if health were attack.

or 2. just have it drain once  regardless of health.

or 3 drain twice but the second drain is a fraction (say half of the first)

If adrenaline Lotus worked like adrenaline devouerer then it would drain and gain +0|+1 twice for a result of drain "2xhp+1" and gain +0|+2

I wanted the hp gain to happen at the end of the turn regardless of attack.

It is +0|+1 per turn, not per attack.

If you want they can be considered seperate passives. (I was considering making the hp gain lobotomizable)

Adrenaline gives multiple turns.

Yes but it would use a different exception than Devouerer and Venom use.

Devouerer has a cap at 46 quanta per turn using multiple cards.
Why would this need a cap? Why would it not need a cap?
