Intersting concept. I think similar things have been proposed in past, but can't remember exact topic names at the moment.

I definitely like it and think its pretty well balanced.

It seems like it would be a good candidate for a hybrid card as well.

Indeed. Its amusing to have PC that is vulnerable to PC

I think it could be fun in a fight against Dim. Shield spammers. Just play it on the last or second to last turn of their dim shield.

Basically, you could spam these in much the same manner and ensure that you have a chain of dim shield countering... And if they hold back, you start eating their pillars, weapons, mindgates, etc.

I like the unupgraded much more than the upgraded version. Even though it requires a duo to pull off it basically fuels itself once you get it rolling, which means you can power it off of a mark or nova very easily.

Forcing an off element quanta also helps make it slightly more resistant to mindgate and steal.

I think it will make a very nice addition to if it makes it in.
