NAME: Kairos Pact ELEMENT: Time COST: 0 TYPE: Spell ATK|HP: TEXT: You cannot draw for a turn. Some quanta you use is refunded at the end of this turn.	NAME: Chronos Pact ELEMENT: Time COST: 0 TYPE: Spell ATK|HP: TEXT: You do not draw at the start of your next turn.  Some quanta you use is refunded at the end of this turn.

ART: Kamietsu IDEA: Drake_XIV NOTES: With Kairos Pact, it includes drawing via SoBe, Hourglass, and Precognition. Now let's make it somewhat complicated.  It now only refunds a portion of the quanta used. Cost Refund 1 1 2 2 3 2 4 3 5 4 6 5 7 5 8 6 9 6 10 7 11 8 12 8 It does not refund drained quanta, such as from Flooding or spells like Miracle or Fractal. The idea of for two turns is odd. How do you enforce that? Will there be a little :time icon by your side of the field or something? Also, the stating of the pacts are all pretty odd. Why not just say "X HAPPENS WHEN Y. THIS CARD'S EFFECT LASTS 2 TURNS" Instead of a hard to understand way?

As for how to show that there is no drawing...  I was thinking of overlaying the deck with a golden tint.

Refund of all quanta? You know this will definitely be OP, espeically paired up with fractal or something.

Regardless, that still means playing another Fractal, and then all the quanta spent on what you Fractal will be given back, and you can repeat it.

Okay, it will refund the quanta for drain spells before the drain, so Fractal abuse will not work.

Rather, just amended the quanta that will be refunded.
