No.  But the idea was that this isn't used by itself.  It was meant to help the use of Procrastination.  And if you do run it with Fractal, no Procrastination, it functions as strong low-tier attacker, so it kind of ends up vanilla at the same time...

2N and 3N are both rather high.
If N >= 2 this thing has an atk/cost ratio greater than 2, that's huge...
Not to mention if the opponent plays creatures across multiple turns then the self delay mechanic becomes moot.

Yes, but there aren't many options in delaying efficiently, so even if it gets a huge attack, it gets balanced out by the low one that comes the following turn.

Nice mechanic, though I'd suggest removing the +1 to the attack and health, as it can't die (because there will always be a delayed creature on the field or it's delayed itself) to make it look smoother and because 2N and 3N are already huge, like Anarook said.

I actually added the +1 so it wouldn't die all that easily.

I'm afraid this is a much better combo with Wardens, BB and Auburn Nymph than Procrast could ever be. The latter isn't incentive enough to use this over a Ghost, Dragon or Pharaoh. The aforementioned strategy is already strong but without Pulverizer it lacks PC, so it evens out.

gaining strength based on delayed creatures is not a bad idea, but the execution was awkward and clumsy.
