75% of the casting cost of the creature? how do you do 75% of 1? and what is the kill chance?

Casting cost refers to the cost to play the creature, not the ability cost.

This is the least useful of the elemental wolves but partnered with Condor Plague and antofloxin (I know I misspelled that I mean the special spell for death) this would be very deadly.  With a Pharoah and Anubis this would be scary.
