NOTES:
I think it would be very interesting to simulate how communication occurs in Elements, the carrier pigeon seems to be a rather good way when one does not have advanced powers.  Carrier Pigeon has the passive ability Mailbird - is invisible while delayed under it's own effect.

What happens when you fractal these bad boys and have 9 deliver at once? You just get as many cards as you have empty slots?

The reason this could be better than precog is that it would allow 2 card decks. It's actually quite powerful with fractal, or mitosis...

However, It is slow to start and a sitting duck (or pigeon?) for a while. I think its fair as it stands considering that 2 turns to wait would probably make it better than precognition...

If you give it more hp you would need to up the cost to make it fair - I don't think it is worth it.

really like the idea!  :)

Was thinking though that perhaps during the time it is delayed it could become 'invisible' as it's left the battle to get a card? makes it stronger and less vulnerable to CC. Or decrease time away perhaps.
Also, was wondering why this was  :light? I personally feel it to be more  :air

I personally see the element of Light as unity, despite what some people might say, and I think it makes sense for the Crusaders to use Carrier Pigeons to send messages back and forth to communicate. With Air, there would be less purpose for Flying Messengers because just about everything in  :air can fly.

Becoming invisible is an interesting concept though, it protects it partially from CC. I'll add a poll on that.
