It's not the first time this kind of cards are introduced to the forum.

Is it a bad idea?

dunno, but there are already alot of them.
Is the effect for 1 turn?

No, not for 1 turn. Once the creature is cursed with this spell, it loses it's mind completely. Probably, 'Purify' could heal it.

Then, I quess a little more cost should make it more balanced.

I compare it to the 'Reverse Time' which banishes creature to the deck just for 2 :time. An extremely effective spell which removes creatures and makes enemy loose quanta.

50% chance to attack its owner = "health different" is same with instakill, so this is somehow overpowered.
75% chance to attack its owner = even greater.

I see both 50% and cost to 5|4 ~ 4|3. Think of AM.

I increased the costs. Opinions? Now its cost is big enough, so maybe player will summon his own creature for the same amount of quanta.

There's an entropy shield that did this, but I can't find the link at the moment. I believe it was the idea factory's mind card.

Redundant idea in respect of other card ideas.

Compare to Liquid Antimatter.  This does not have the cost of the target creature dying due to poison and is much cheaper.  I feel the 50% chance does not justify this.

Should I increase the percentage?

Also, please, notice that under the Nightfall percentage is 75%.

Notice where?  It's not in the TEXT or NOTES.

Sorry, my mistake. I was thinking about Despair | Crushing Despair (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,44569.msg1013744.html)

What if we add +25% under the Nightfall | Eclipse? So it becomes 75% / 100%?

You make it only stronger....
It is already OP
decrease %
Increase cost

I don't think it is OP. Reverse Time -- an instant removal of strong creature just for 2 :time is probably OP.

And opponent can play it again.
IF your opponent play it again, RT has no effect at all. (except 1 turn draw denial and cost)

1 turn draw denial and the cost is a lot!

The point was that RT is not an instant removal since it is not permanent.

Anyways, this card should be compared with cards that negate the attack strength of a creature. Antimatter is the prime example of 100% negation and 100% healing. Insanity is X% negation and X% damage. Damaging the opponent is more valuable than healing so a 100% Insanity would cost more than Antimatter. Insanity is not 100% so it would cost proportionately less.
