Awesome idea. On the matter of absorbing a powerless creature, I would argue it's too diluted with the matter of the first creature absorbed to successfully absorb another, requiring careful consideration before deciding to absorb a big yet ability-deficient enemy.

cool idea. but, does this gain +1/+1 like Otys? if so, i vote no on that
as for absorb, i think it should be a one-time thing. so for powerless creatures, it loses absorb

Instant-kill is kind of bad.
I suggest the ability stays the same except for the part that, like otyugh, it can only absorb a creature with less HP than itself, or maybe to make it slightly stronger than that, also be able to absorb a creature with the SAME health.

interesting idea but since this is basically an instant devour ability, it makes it a powerful CC card UNLESS its a one use , so therefore I vote ability to be One use. and also suggest that it be like oty, a creature with less HP be absorbed rather than insant kill.

and what about death affects? does absorption really count as dieing?

to all of those limit the hp and one time use, ok that is how i will do it, but notice in the description i put CONSUME the same as oty and other consume creatures, i changed the name to absorb so that it would get the ability too

Might think about that ability name. Absorb is kind of confusing as it is. Perhaps engulf, or digest?

how about this for art, this is something i had for ages in my files and when i thought of goo, i thought of this:
the file size is 1000x1000, so it´s equal on its dimensions.

@Werdbooty why is the name confusing? it absorbs the creature and its ability, but if i get a huge riot, then ill change

Absorb is confusing because it's already used as an ability in Pest & Devourer. Also used in Flood. It denotes an upkeep. In the case of Pest & Devourer, the upkeep is "absorbed" from your opponent. For Flood, the Absorb is targeted at you. To top it off, Gravity also uses the quanta-absorb mechanic (tho slightly tweaked) in Black Hole.

Bear in mind, I'm not talking about the name of the card. I mean the ability itself. It'd be the same thing if you called the ability "Devour" instead. It's still being used by another creature for another mechanic. Sorry, just avoiding confusion. Otherwise the mechanic is great! New AND unique.
