Is it just me, or I just find that the unupgraded is a lot better than upgraded?  :) I find it to be like a diluted Parallel Universe or rather, a Darkness version. It doesn't seem that powerful, but with that kind of versatility, it is very powerful. Maybe have it lose it's ability after one use to balance it out? Because then you can have an army of these and switch to the strongest stat monster whenever it comes out. Other than that, the naming is a bit strange, because Illusions and Mirages aren't supposed to hurt you. Perhaps add something dark before the names? Or just "dark" itself. Dark Illusion, Dark Mirage.

Great idea but very underpriced. Potential gain is massive in comparison to every other creature of this type. First evolution cheaper than a graboid and contained within a single element? Fractal army of dragon hitters!

if this card is put into the trainer i can get it to have 360 attack EASY, op for the price.

360?  Is this some sort of Auburn Nymph/Red Nymph combination?  Even that would take considerable time.  I suppose that could be OP, but that setup is so far fetched.... the quanta cost + rarity of the cards involved.  How would you do it?

i could get it to 360 with a bad hand on turn 10....... my secret tho :P

That is, assuming your opponent has big creatures.

I'll let this be for one day, to get more feed back. If necessary, I'll make the stat-copying only last 1 turn.

What's to stop darkness/aether from running these with a few Obsidian Dragons, then spamming a bunch of creatures with 12 attack for a cost of 3 :darkness (and a few turns of delay)?  Mass creature control would be a problem, but not all decks carry that.  Not to mention even if it did happen, just hold one in your hand and fractal it so you're back in business.

Hmm, I guess you're right. OK, I'll change the cost to 4/5 tomorrow.

Making it a one-time use ability would be better, and you'd actually have to thing before using the card.

The thing is, I want it to be multi-use. Maybe I should make the ability more expensive, like :darkness :darkness :darkness or something.

I like the idea of changing the initial cost slightly (3|4, let's say) but changing the ability cost to 2 or 3 :darkness.

Quite a powerful card. It's a twisted version of Parallel Universe. You just gotta let Darkness get everything, eh? :P

If you don't want to change a thing like this, you're not good in card-making. You can't just think "It would be cool if there was an card with the XX ability, and to use it an unlimited number of times". You have to be able to change your ideas, in order to have them balanced. While having such a card would be "cool", it would be OP.

What about making the card's ability limited to 1 turn?  That way you would have to reactivate card each turn, justifying a lower casting cost compared to Twin Universe (which maintains the ability indefinitely.)

Or, have it drain quanta like flood :P. Yeah, this is indeed a good idea...

For now, I'll change the summoning cost to 3/4. Both the regular and upgraded version will have its ability cost :darkness :darkness, and it's one-turn only like Dive.

@Icy: Yes, Darkness must have EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!11!

EDIT: It is now updated.

yeah since it only inherits the stats and not abilities you could use the auburn/ fire nymph to great effect and have a super powerful card that you only have to pay every turn to use. but that is a one case scenario. Seems like a good card

btw you must use the elite version on a spark for great justice

Great synergy with growth or fire.  I like it!

hmm, it´s a kind of PU.
And the upgraded card has a "self-healing function".

How many times is this art used now ?
people like it. And I do that, too.

It's a card design contest. We have to use those three images.

Once per turn use may work as well, if you lower it's stats to like 0|1, if that's not enough, add a small upkeep.  :)
