I updated the card.

I made it so that 10 quantums (or 7 for the upped) are the same as one heal.

This card is too much like heal...I had a better idea with this...

Make it like stone skin and heal max hp and raise the cap.

If it's fine by the dictator, can I make a card with the exact same name (although slightly varianted) and same art, but with slightly different effects?

Ofcourse you can, but this was the only way (in my vision), to make it fit life, not look like stone skin, and not be too UP compared to heal.
But If you come up with something better, I might even add it to the series instead of this one, like poisonous gas and delayed bolt.

For some reason, this sounds too overpowered compared to the normal Heal for me.
But then it's pretty much the same with Stone Skin.
Or maybe normal Heal is too underpowered.

I realize that this topic haven't been touched for quite some time, but i just came across it and wanted to point out that you made a slight, not very important mistake on an upgraded card changelog, saying that it heals you for 10 life for each quantum instead of 3 life for each life quantum.
