I cannot perfectly identify the correct cost of this card. The more guesswork involved in my estimate the broader the final range.

I think that this card's cost is okay now, costing 3  and draining 2 quanta, 3 upped. I like the idea, I just don't know if I agree with water attaining a quanta control card.

I like the fact that this gives Flooding more use, and theme-wise it is pretty creative.

My suggestion would have been to lower casting cost, since the active isn't very cost-efficient (and probably useless vs mono decks).
But then i realized there's the synergy with Trident (and SoFo), and i don't promote complete lockdown cards, because they're not fun for the locked player. Since this could be played first turn with a lucky pillar hand and keep enemy quanta pretty low from that moment on, i actually think the cost is fine if not abit low.

hmmmm. that's quite strong. with a lucky draw you can easily lock down your opponent. not sure this is what water needs
