Gravity is my vote, this cards represents order (opposite of random entropy) so it should be in gravity.

Cool mechanic. Meh card. Would be a nice card to introduce into the game, however, the ability obviously can only be on one card... not sure I want it on a 1dmg red. shield. Nice "buff" to afla decks, i'm always annoyed when my (skull) shields are in the bottom of my deck.
