the perfect stat is calculated from the next formula: ATK+HP=X      X is rounded down to 0; 1; 2; 3; 5; 8; 13; 21; 34; 55; 89; 144; etc...
Then, if X is for example 21, he gains 13atk and 8 hp. If X =34 he gains 21atk and 13 hp. If X=1 he gains 1ATK | 0HP.
