NOTES:
1 and 2 is the hp constituted to the creature by its skeleton. We don't need to go into EtG Creature Anatomy.
The Hp healed is Giant Worm's Hp, not your own.
The skeleton generated depends on if the target is upgraded or not. Unupped creatures produce unupped skeletons, and upgraded creatures produce upgraded skeletons.
The ability was originally called Consume, but ET found this.
Yes, Drake posted a 'cousin' card to mine recently. He liked the idea and took a different path with it.

Skeletons do not produce skeletons. If the skeleton targeted has an ability like Butterfly Effect, it would lose it.

Seems dangerously close to an instakill on a stick, especially since life already has an immaterial DR shield

Oh and what happens if the unupped macerates a phoenix? 1 damage to yourself?

Somehow I just knew some anatomy problem would come up. Sorry for overlooking the question.

I'm inclined to go with stopping it at 0. Unless it's more thematic to have that 1 damage be from hunger pains.
