OP in my mind. You could play a quantum pillar grav deck, or any other mono-duo deck, add these cards and suddenly you get a huge quanta boost to your main element. I think if it chose a random element (that you have quanta off) is converted to yoru mark quanta.

I'd always think Onyx fits this element more than garnet.

Ah yes you're probably right, I'll more than likely change this to a random quanta.  It would still be effective if you are playing a Duo- or Trio- deck and need a Gravity quanta push.

This plus Bolts... Ow. Gonna go with OP, too.

Or change how the effect works, like a reverse Black hole. have it take up to 3 quanta from each of the target player's quanta and turn it into quanta of your mark divided by 2. Something like that might be good.

Good job with the balancing.

The new ability is really nice and fits Gravity element of order very nicely. However I fear that the ability is powerful enough to rate a higher Casting Cost.

Quantum Pillars, Gravity Mark
Turn 5 activate ability convert 15 quanta to Gravity per Quantum Pillar and 3 more per pillar per turn (-1 per turn).
The quantum pillars are likely to generate :gravity to make this faster.

I think this is the best one from your Gem series and I would rate a balanced version of this on par with a balanced version of Soul Collector, Nova and Immolation.

So the ability is powerful but it fits as a thematically appropriate special quanta accelerator. I would keep it tied to the mark/Gravity (less randomness from a Gravity quanta generator) but increase the costs or maybe lose some of the quanta in the process?

Thank you so much Kamietsu and OldTrees for the suggestions.

Would this be a good compromise?

I increased the price as well.

If not, how about even 1/3 of quanta?

whoops delete please.

I was referring more to something like

Convert quanta into half that much quanta of the your mark.

however what you have would work better.

Cool ok thanks for helping balance this, I'll work on it soon.

If it works on your enemy, this completely shuts down some FGs. And that's bad. FG grinding isn't supposed to be easy...

As of right now, it does work on enemies.  But I am amending it to convert only half of the quanta, is that still gonna shut them down?

Probably not as bad. Losing all of your quanta is a shutdown, losing half of it is probably OP but not TOTAL.

Well you aren't losing your quanta, its being transformed.  But yes I know what you mean.  Thanks for the help

This actually doesn't seem all that OP.

Used on an enemy:
It really only hurts having your quanta converted to your mark if you have a duo where your mark is actually the lesser element.

Used on yourself:
This doesn't give you more quanta than you already had.
It only would be a really good strategy if you were using quantum pillars, where this could speed up your quanta production, but
1) It only converts half
2) You would need to have 3 :gravity available to use (which could be a problem if you are only using quantum pillars)

Thus, I really do not think this is OP.

If you are really still afraid of it being OP, then I would either remove the quanta production, or turn it into absorption (which I think is completely unnecessary.
